Baked Stuffed Mushrooms


A delicious appetizer that's really simple to make, and will be a hit with both, adults and kids. 

First, clean mushrooms and remove their stems. Line baking pan with foil and brush it with olive oil.
Next, stuff the mushrooms with pre-cooked cubed chicken pieces. Cut up Provolone into smaller pieces and place a layer over each mushroom

To season, sprinkle  ground sea salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 12 baby Bellas (stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup of pre-cooked chicken pieces  
  • 4 slices of Provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs 
  • Ground sea salt and black pepper to taste
