One of my favorite ways of having them is as a delici ous, healthy, and filling sandwich !  Get creative with nuts , seeds, some cheese ... and you're done .  I make mine with 12 grain bread (I have it plain or with a light s pread of marmal ade or strawberry spread without added sugar) , top it up with chia seeds, sunflower seeds , almonds, and some parmesan cheese. I love havi ng it for breakfast . It's a great alternative for lunch or dinner too!   H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 2 slices of 12 grain bread 1 egg (sunny side up) 1 avocado 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds 1 tab lespoon of sliced almo nds 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
