Asian Fusion: Crunchy Stir Fried Beef

Crunchy Stir Fried Beef is a simple dish that can be served with rice as a meal, or on its own as a side dish. Alternatively, you could also use this as a filling to your favorite wrap! Great for those days when you're looking to make something quick yet satisfying to the palate. This recipe serves 4 portions.

Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and add in minced beef. You can choose the amount of fat content in the meat when you shop, we use 97% lean meat. Stir fry meat on high heat for 5 minutes. Add in Worcestershire sauce unto meat, Chinese five spice blend, and baby bellas. Stir well, and let ingredients cook on high heat for another 5 minutes covered.

Bring heat down to medium, add in cashew nuts, celery, ground black pepper, dried basil and continue to stir fry uncovered until meat is tender and well cooked. Be careful not to get cashew nuts burnt. Stir in baby spinach just about 2 minutes before turning heat off, add sea salt to taste.

Your dish is now ready to be served.

Happy trying, and remember to have fun in the kitchen!
