Breakfast or snack time doesn't have to be loaded with sugar and empty calories. Instead, even the busiest of us can make this simple and healthy bowl of yogurt, strawberries, almonds, grapes, and chia seeds.
High in protein, calcium, and many more essential vitamins... yogurt is a great inclusion in your diet. Strawberries have vitamin C and are a source of antioxidants too. Almonds are heart-healthy nuts with an array of nutrients and health benefits. The versatile chia seeds, are rich in soluble fiber and Omega-3 ALA.
