Coconut and Cashew Ice Cream


Mmmm... Creamy ice cream that you can whip up in your own kitchen using just a food blender/processor :)

It's so simple and fast. You'll be done in 20 minutes including wash up time. 

Add coconut cream, heavy whipped cream, cashew nuts, and honey into your food blender/ processor. Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are mixed well and cashew nuts are crushed fine.

Pour mixture out into a storage container and freeze for at least 4 hours. You'll soon be enjoying your very own creamy Coconut and Cashew Ice Cream!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
