Baked Salmon


This is a simple version of Baked Salmon that's perfect for those busy weekdays. You can get this tasty and healthy home cooked meal done under 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven at 350
°F and line a 9" x 9" pan with foil. Place salmon fillets in and drizzle olive oil over them

Evenly drizzle half a tablespoon of lemon juice and sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, along with dried thyme and oregano.



Bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of fresh caught salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of dried thyme and oregano herb mix
