Breakfast/Brunch Ideas 06: Loaded Toast
A healthy version of a 'loaded' breakfast.
Toast your favorite bread (here, I've toasted multi-grain bread). Dice tomato and pear, and scoop out avocado.
Top it up with a poached egg (season with some pepper if preferred). Here's a post on how I poach eggs. I also added some fresh thyme and oregano from our garden, and sprinkled some chia seeds.

- 2 slices of multi-grain bread
- 1/2 a tomato
- 1/2 a pear
- 1 avocado
- 1 egg (poached)
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
