Salmon Sandwich

Baked s almon isn't just great as a main course meal , but it also makes a delicious sandwich ! P acked with heart-healthy goodness, enjoy this salmon sandwich for breakfast ,   lunch , or dinner . I usually m ake th is for breakfast using salmon baked for dinner the night before.   Place t wo pieces of baked salmon in a bowl , and separate it into small pieces. Add some s ri racha sauce (accor ding to your heat preference) and mayonnaise , and mi x well . Sp read salmon over multi -grain bread or any bread of your choi c e, and sprinkle chia seeds.  On another slice - spread a thin layer o f fruit spread with no-added sugar . L ine it wi th spinach leave s, sprinkle grated p armesan, almond slices, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy ! Avocado and Egg Sandwich

I love both, eggs and avocados. One of my favorite ways of having them is as a delici ous, healthy, and filling sandwich !  Get creative with nuts , seeds, some cheese ... and you're done .  I make mine with 12 grain bread (I have it plain or with a light s pread of marmal ade or strawberry spread without added sugar) , top it up with chia seeds, sunflower seeds , almonds, and some parmesan cheese. I love havi ng it for breakfast . It's a great alternative for lunch or dinner too!   H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 2 slices of 12 grain bread 1 egg (sunny side up) 1 avocado 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds 1 tab lespoon of sliced almo nds 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese  

Bread Pudding

This is a simple bread pudding recipe tha t uses ingredients that are mostly already available at home for breakfast or simple cak e baking . I t 's really quick to pr epare too . 10 min utes tops to prep and slot in the oven!   This recipe serves around 8 -10 portions.   Begin by tearing bread slices into smaller pieces (about 1/4 their size) and set asid e. In a big mixing bowl, add eggs, pure maple syrup , ground cinnamon, and p ure vanilla extract. With a spatula or hand whi s k, lightly mix the ingredients together . Add in the bread pieces and mix them well to coat t he bread pieces with the egg mixture .  In a non -stick pan, melt butter together with heavy cream using low heat. Stir, and pour o ver coated br ead pieces. Mix all ingredients together.  Pour the bread mixture into a loaf pan , and sprinkle some raisin s and slivered almonds. B ake in a pre-heated oven at 350 ° F for approximately 50 minutes. The bread pudding should have...
