Raspberry Cheesecake (no-bake dessert)

A s imple ch eesecake recipe that's perfect for parties and pot-luck . No ba king required! In a bowl, beat cream cheese and lemon juice. Add in heavy cream, and sugar and beat well. I only add 2 tables poons of sugar as the fruit filling and crust are already sweet.  Next, fold in raspberry filling with a spatula. I use 'Lucky Leaf Premium Red Raspberry without high-fructose corn syrup' . Pour ou t mixture evenly into the crust. Spread topping, and ch ill overnight. Slice, serve, and enjoy !     H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 9 inch graham pie crust  8 ounces of cream c heese 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 and 1/2 cup of heavy cream 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 cup of raspberry fruit filling 1/4 cu p of raspberry fruit filling as top p ing

I was delighted to find Maria Cookies during our recent gro cery shopping at Walmart. They reminded me of how much I enjoyed having the Chocolate Cookie Cak e slices that I used to buy at a particular seller around 4 years ago at ap proximately $0 .25 for a mere 1.5" x 1.5" rough ly sized pi ece . That itty bitty piece was of course never enough for me... so, I'd end up buy ing... (we ll, I'll try and save  myself from my husband finding out where all that excess jelly belly of mine came from) .   Well , seeing these cookie s at the isle reminded me that I missed tasting them and I had to try making t his dess e rt at home. Carrot and Nuts Cake with Cream C he ese Frosting would be a lovely item on the m enu to delight your family and friends :)     For those who wish to cut down on the calories , just omit the frosting . This cake tastes great even on its own ! Firs t, add soft brown sugar with extra virgin olive oil , followed by eggs and mix well . Next, add g round cinnamon, bakin g soda, all purpose flour and pure vanilla extract into the mixture followed by half a cup of hot water.   Add in grated carrots, walnuts, pecans, and raisins , and mix batter well. Pour into a 9" x 9" baking pan lined with foil , and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 ° F for 4 0 - 45 minutes or once toot hpick test is done and it comes out clean. Try this simple , melt-in-your-mouth , o o h-so-delicious Tres Leches c ake !  The first time I t ried this cake was around five months ago at a restaurant and it was love at first bite ! I was determined to  try it out at home. I have since made Tres Leches c ake several times and made adjustments t hat work well for us and our guests. Here's my version of the recipe . This cake is best served chilled.
