One of my favorite ways of having them is as a delici ous, healthy, and filling sandwich !  Get creative with nuts , seeds, some cheese ... and you're done .  I make mine with 12 grain bread (I have it plain or with a light s pread of marmal ade or strawberry spread without added sugar) , top it up with chia seeds, sunflower seeds , almonds, and some parmesan cheese. I love havi ng it for breakfast . It's a great alternative for lunch or dinner too!   H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 2 slices of 12 grain bread 1 egg (sunny side up) 1 avocado 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds 1 tab lespoon of sliced almo nds 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

A s imple ch eesecake recipe that's perfect for parties and pot-luck . No ba king required! In a bowl, beat cream cheese and lemon juice. Add in heavy cream, and sugar and beat well. I only add 2 tables poons of sugar as the fruit filling and crust are already sweet.  Next, fold in raspberry filling with a spatula. I use 'Lucky Leaf Premium Red Raspberry without high-fructose corn syrup' . Pour ou t mixture evenly into the crust. Spread topping, and ch ill overnight. Slice, serve, and enjoy !     H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 9 inch graham pie crust  8 ounces of cream c heese 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 and 1/2 cup of heavy cream 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 cup of raspberry fruit filling 1/4 cu p of raspberry fruit filling as top p ing
