Hot Coco-Loco

Feel like having a fancy little cup of hot chocolate? Try making Hot Coco-Loc o for some chocolat e-coconut kic k!  Heat up who le milk and coc onut crea m in a mic rowave oven for approximately 1 minute  on high. Add c acao powder, hone y, coconut essence , and stir the mixture well.  In a bowl, whip heavy cream until it changes from a liquid consistency to a  light fluffy texture ( you can omit this step if you' re using ready-made whipped cream ). Add some whipped cream to you r drink . S p rinkle unsweetened coconut flakes and dust some cacao powder. H app y trying, and reme mber to have fun in the kitchen! Ingredients: 6 oz. of whole milk 1 oz. of coc onut cream 2 teaspoons of cacao powd er 1/2 teaspoon of honey (adjust according to taste preference) 1/ 4 teaspoon of cocon ut essence 1/ 3 cup of heavy cream (whipped)  1/2 teaspoon of un sweetened coconut flakes A dash of cacao powder - for dusting     ...

Chocolate Cookie Cake

I was delighted to find Maria Cookies during our recent gro cery shopping at Walmart. They reminded me of how much I enjoyed having the Chocolate Cookie Cak e slices that I used to buy at a particular seller around 4 years ago at ap proximately $0 .25 for a mere 1.5" x 1.5" rough ly sized pi ece . That itty bitty piece was of course never enough for me... so, I'd end up buy ing... (we ll, I'll try and save  myself from my husband finding out where all that excess jelly belly of mine came from) .   Well , seeing these cookie s at the isle reminded me that I missed tasting them and I had to try making t his dess e rt at home.
